Before anything else, I want you to know: your comfort, your safety, and the quality of the art we create together are always my top priorities. These policies aren’t about red tape — they’re here to make sure we’re all on the same page, expectations are clear, and every session runs smoothly. Whether you’re stepping in front of the camera for the first time or the fiftieth, these guidelines help protect your experience, your images, and your investment — while also respecting the time and effort that goes into making these shoots a success for everyone involved.

Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable session fee is required to confirm your booking. This often covers studio or location rentals, prep time, and travel.

• Remaining balances are due on or before the shoot date, unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Session deposits are non-refundable, as they’re used to reserve studio space and prep for your shoot. Most studios we book do not offer refunds.

• You can reschedule once with 7+ days’ notice at no extra cost.

• Rescheduling with less than 7 days’ notice may require a new deposit.

• Multiple reschedules (more than once) may incur additional fees to cover repeated studio rental costs.

• If you cancel entirely, your deposit may be applied to a future session at our discretion, but it won’t be refunded.

Turnaround Time

• Preview galleries are typically delivered within 3 Days.

• Final edits are delivered within 10 business day after selections are received.

• Rush delivery may be available by request for an additional fee.

Image Selection Policy

• Most sessions include a set number of final edited images.

• Once your proof gallery is delivered, you’ll have 90 days to make your image selections.

• If we haven’t heard from you after 90 days, we’ll choose our favorites and deliver them to fulfill our contract.

• You can still purchase additional images beyond that point if you’d like more.

Client Responsibilities

• Please arrive on time and prepared — with wardrobe ready, hair styled, and any locations or props organized.

• Disorganized spaces or late arrivals may reduce shooting time and limit results.

• If something’s off-track, just let us know! We’re happy to adjust when we can — communication is key.

Artistic Control & Editing

• Final image selection and editing style are at the photographer’s discretion unless discussed beforehand.

• RAW (unedited) files are never released.

• Basic retouching is included in all image packages. Additional edits or complex retouching may be available for a fee — just ask.

Image Use & Licensing

• Unless otherwise stated, all images are delivered with a personal-use license.

• Commercial or promotional use requires a separate license — please reach out if that’s your intent.

• Model releases are required for sessions where images may be publicly shared or published. Model releases are not required for any intimate session

Nudity & Comfort

• Sessions involving lingerie, swimwear, fantasy costuming, or implied nudity are always handled with professionalism and care.

• We’ll discuss boundaries and expectations ahead of time, and you can change your mind at any time.

• Your comfort comes first — period.

• We’ll never share your images without your permission.

Session-Specific Notes

• Boudoir / Glamour
  Confidence-focused and transformative — we’ll guide you with encouragement and care, and you’ll leave feeling like a million bucks.

• Dance Minis
  Includes a professional dancer/choreographer on set, offering real-time feedback via iPad tethering. These sessions are all about strength, grace, and technique.

• Mermaid Tank Sessions
  Water safety comes first — we prep and coach you the entire time, so you can focus on being magical and safe in the tank.

• Cosplay / Fantasy
  Bring your character or story — we’ll bring lighting, location, and cinematic flair. These shoots are collaborative and creative from start to finish.

Creative Boundaries

We’re open to bold, emotional, and cinematic concepts — but there are some subjects we do not portray. We do not create images that depict self-harm (implied or real) or abuse, even in symbolic or artistic form.

Photography can be a powerful outlet for processing emotion, and we fully support art that helps people heal — but those particular themes are outside the scope of what we’re comfortable creating.

Image Storage

• Final edits are archived for 6 months. After that, re-uploads may incur a retrieval fee and are not guaranteed long-term.

Respect & Safety Policy

• We aim to create a space that is inclusive, respectful, and safe for everyone.

• Any harassment, unsafe behavior, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund.

• We treat all our clients with professionalism and kindness — and expect the same in return.
