Out third entry in our Arcana series, the lovely GC-Chan Cosplay joins us to be our Bladesinger! For those of you not knee deep in Dungeons and Dragons, a Bladesinger is an elven warrior who learns to combine advanced edged weapon combat with arcane magical spells, giving them boosted abilities when they go hand to hand. Because of the mixing of magic and melee, armor is kept light. Gillian had some fantastic elf cosplay elements, some armor, and some of her Renn Faire pieces, and we had a matched pair of fantasy blades, made by the smiths of Baltimore Knife and Sword, it seemed like a perfect set up. We took to the woods nearby and shot some fantastic images in the fading afternoon light. With a little photoshop work to boost the elf elements, and add a magical touch to the images, we've got an amazing entry in the Arcana series. Hopefully we'll have a new one to add to the mix in the next few weeks.
As always, more from our Arcana shoots can be seen on our Project Page and our Flickr Stream.
Khrist returns! And she brought a friend! Our dear friend Khrist was on the road again and she was headed through Virginia. We met up with her in Crystal City for a fantastic Gothic themed strobist shoot. Bonus for us, she had her friend and protege, Celena Rayne with her, who sat with us for a few set ups and we got some additional great images of. Be sure to follow both of these wonderful models on their pages to see more of their adventures!
Emily Whitworth joined us once again for a brilliant shoot in Crystal City. Emily is a dear friend of ours and one of our best models. She consistently delivers brilliant poses and fantastic energy for us. Not to mention how simply gorgeous she is! We're extremely happy having her on board for our Red Dress series.
